ESS Medical Performance is established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, since 2003 and the executing partner of HSI – Health Service International –  from the beginning on.
In the beginning of the cooperation the main goal was to establish a highly professional, transparent and honest platform for Arabian patients coming for medical services and treatment to Germany, taking into consideration all matters of their culture and religion. The services of the cooperation in Dubai are:

• personal assistance (support to draft medical histories, forwarding of essentiell medical documents such as medical reports, MRI's, X-rays etc.)
• support in all matters of the German Consulate (issuing of visas)
• organisation and assistance for travel (flights, medical flights etc.)
• organisation and arrangements for the patients families in Germany
• rendering all additional requested services

After a short time an additional request started to surface – to arrange and to bring specialists from Germany to Dubai for special cases (for example: pain-specialists to patients who were not able to travel anymore).

A big project is currently under way – a Visiting Doctor’s Project with Saudi Arabia. This project was announced, and will be handled by ESS (as a direct accompanying partner in Saudi Arabia) and HSI in Germany which is responsible for all matters of the Visiting Doctor’s themselves.

Due to the established business connections ESS can offer additional assistance and support such as: personal company of bodyguards (especially female ones), V.I.P.-services, arrangement of medical flights etc.
