The Mannheim University clinic offers its patients the full range of modern, state-of-the-art medicine, with staff specialized in every aspect of medical care except cardiac surgery, which is provided in Heidelberg. The services include all types of medical diagnostics, endoprothetics, cataract surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, pediatric surgery, treatment of severe pulmonary diseases, oncological treatment in cooperation with the German Cancer Research Center, diagnostics and therapy of severe heart rhythm disorders, and various others. Inpatient care is supplemented by various outpatient services, offering diagnostics, as well as surgical procedures.
For some years now, several hundred patients from Arab countries have meanwhile been treated.
